Devi is an AI consulting firm that helps companies between $5M and $300M in revenue figure out where AI fits, build the systems, and train the people who will run them.

We started Devi because we watched too many companies buy AI tools, hire consultants who delivered slide decks, and end up exactly where they started. The tools sat unused. The pilots never scaled. And nobody could explain what the ROI was.
