Services

Devi provides AI consulting, system design, implementation, and ongoing support services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a separate agreement signed before work begins.

Ownership

You own everything we build for you. All code, workflows, documentation, API keys, and system configurations created during an engagement are your property. We retain no licenses or rights to your deliverables after the engagement ends.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each engagement agreement. Assessments are paid upfront. Build engagements follow a milestone-based schedule. Monthly partnerships are billed at the start of each month.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share your business data, processes, or systems with anyone outside our team without your written permission. This applies during and after the engagement.

Liability

We stand behind our work and will fix issues that arise from systems we built. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations or for third-party tool outages.

Termination

Either party can end an engagement with 30 days written notice. If you end early, you keep all work completed up to that point. We will provide a clean handoff of everything in progress.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Devi operates under Stellify Capital Group Inc.
